MB1_7203.jpgWatching American Idol is so much more fun with friends, and if you don't have anyone to watch it with, I don't either so let's watch it together! I'm so excited that we finally get to see some unedited performances. The stage, the Coca-Cola Red Room, the dramatic sing-pointing, it's all really happening. Will Steven Tyler be able to keep himself from singing along with the contestants? What will J. Lo wear? Will James Durbin scream? Will anyone dance? Will the audience try to clap along but screw up that one simple task? All these questions and more will be answered.

It's been so long since we've seen all the drama of Ryan Seacrest introducing the contestants that I've almost missed it. This time the guys were awkwardly standing on either side of Ryan and he made a big deal about the judges. Not that I mind, because I am all about Randy Jackson! Did you see that person with the "Tourette's Rocks" sign? Good work, America.

We’ve seen the Top 12 guys’ songs for American Idol 2011 and made up our minds who we think will go through based on our favorites but what about the girls?  Well look no further!  Joe’s Place has come through once again with the performance order and song choices for Wednesday night.

American Idol 2011 Top 12 Girls Song Spoilers:

1. Ta-Tynisa Wilson with “Only Girl” by Rianana

2. Naima Adedapo with “Summertime”  The Old Gershwin song from Porgy and Bess

3. Kendra Chantelle Campbelle sings “Impossible” by Christina Aguliera

4.  Rachel Zevita is singing “Criminal” by Fiona Apple

5. Karen Rodriguez – “Hero” in Spanish and English (Mariah Carey version)

6. Lauren Turner sings “Seven Day Fool” by Etta James, but it’s Jully Black’s version

7. Ashthon Jones sings “Love Over Me” by Monica

8. Julie Zorilla sang  “Breakaway” by Kelly Clarkson

9. Haley Reinhart sings ” Fallin” by Alicia Keys

10. Thia Megia sings  “Out Here On My Own” by Irene Cara

11. Lauren Alania Suddeth sings  “Turn on the Radio” by Reba McIntyre

12. Pia Toscano sings “I’ll Stand by You”

I’m not really surprised by any of these choices.  As far as the judges comments?  They loved Lauren Turner, Lauren Alaina and Pia Toscano and thought Rachel Zevita, Naima Adedepo, Ashthon Jones and Julie Zorilla were the worst of the night.  Everyone else was middle of the road.  We’ll have to wait until tomorrow night to see how it all plays out.

In the mean time get ready for the boys tonight as they sing for your votes for the first time.  Don’t forget Facebook voting is allowed online so be sure to vote for your favorites!
