I think it was a rip that Carrie Underwood won first place and BO BICE second, BO was truly the better performer of the two. BO ROCKS! What do you think? Carrie Or BO

carrie underwood, definitely. bo was more of an entertainer, but carrie definitely was better than bo in terms of singing. im loving her album right now! and she’s so incredibly pretty too! =)

I agree with you. Bo should have won. He had it going on. I met Carrie in person and she appeared to be very stand- offish. Seemed like she did not want anyone getting too close. I suppose they have their reasons but she just seemed to be stuck on herself. A co-worker said the same thing when we compared notes.
I think Bo was more genuine.
I think both of them were really good and talented singers. But i think Bo was more the "entertainer" while Carrie catched the judges eyes as a performer. Personally i am glad Carrie Underwood won but like i said they were both awesome singer!

BO BICE should of without a doubt won
During season 4, I was routing for Constantine or Bo (loved them both equally as they are both SO talented and HOT!), and I didn’t like Carrie at all. I was extremely upset when Constantine got the boot 6th from the finals and just as upset when Carrie walked away with the title (instead of Bo).
However, now I look at things quite differently. First off, I don’t dislike Carrie at all anymore. I think she is extremely talented and I enjoy hearing her songs. I gotta give credit where credit is due…she does have a beautiful voice.
BUT…that doesn’t mean I like her more than Bo (or Constantine, but I’ll stop bringing him up since you didn’t ask about him in your question). I am a huge Bo fan for so many reasons. He is such a talented musician, for one, but what makes him Bo is his humble, sweet self. He hasn’t let any of his fame go to his head and he is very appreciative of each and every one of his fans. I know this not only from the interviews I’ve seen of his, but also because I’ve met him in person.
Almost a year ago, he came to our city to perform a small concert at a local pub. My daughter and I were lucky enough to get a meet and greet with him after the concert (along with many other lucky people). Now, my (at the time) 8-year-old daughter was a HUGE Bo fan from the beginning, so I took her out of school for the day, told her I had a big surprise for her and boy, did her face light up when we went to the pub and she figured out who we were there to see! When Bo was performing, each time my daughter waved at him, he waved right back to her (3 times). He could have easily ignored her (as it was a fairly big crowd and we were towards the back) but he could see what a fan he had in this little girl and he made it a point to make it a special experience for her. And when we met him, it was pretty rushed, but he was very nice, gave us a couple autographs and took a picture with us.
And as far as the American Idol title, I think Bo is much better off NOT having won the title. When people win American Idol, they are stuck in a tight contract and have to sing what they are told to sing and have to be what they are told to be. They are basically molded into what the media and "higher-ups" make them and they aren’t free to be who they really are.
Bo can now spread his wings and be the unique, wonderful talented musician he naturally is. He has a bright future ahead of him and he is living his dream. I, personally, am happy he didn’t win AI because we’d be seeing a Bo who wasn’t truly genuine in his music. I much rather prefer the Bo he naturally is…don’t you???
