American idols?
If you join the American Idols and you do get the part for it, what is the whole touring thing for? And how does American Idol work? because I just recently got interested with american idols, so I want to know how it works. how long does it take for the whole "american idols process" to be finished before you get signed to a record label?(audition, 2nd auditions, and so forth) and how about sheltering, when you fly over to hollywood, do american idols pay for your trip to get there and back, and sheltering, and transportation? please tell me everything.

You must mean for season after next. They’ve already done the auditions for next season. They usually do the auditions in Aug/Sept. They have, I think about 3 auditions BEFORE they see the Judges. Once you are picked for the last rounds of auditions, in Hollywood, they put you up in a hotel. If you make it to the Top 32, I think you stay in a hotel until the numbers dwindle down some, and then are put in Apartments or they put them in Apartments right away. Season 3 they did the whole mansion thing, but I haven’t seen that since then.
