does everyone who goes to an american idol audition get to sing for the judges?
One day I want to be on American Idol, but I’m not sure if everyone who goes to the auditions get to sing for the judges or if they wait all that time and don’t even get a chance to sing?

No. There is an audition before the audition in front of the judges. I know a girl who is a fabulous singer but she didn’t make it through the first audition. She said a whole bunch of other great singers didn’t either. I find it messed up that they will let through the horrible singers, who in my opinion completely ruin the show, but they won’t let all the good singers have a chance. The bad auditions get old. They aren’t even funny anymore. I would rather watch a show full of good singers.
i think every single persons get to sing but it could take hours!!!! so if you have a bad voice save it
I heard that there are pre-screeners who listen to you sing. They then decide if you get to see the judges. The people who get to see the judges are usually very good, or very bad, or have very interesting looks or interesting stories about their life.
