like i know it means that you can sing someone else’s songs but like the clique girlz sing some of diana degarmo’s songs and they recorded them and they are their songs now. did they have to ask diana if they could have them or could they just take them? also if you are auditioning for an agent or a tv show could you sing some one else’s song? or would you have to write your own?
