I really like Big Mike. I think that people probably like him not only because of his voice, but because of his story as well. Having a baby on the day of auditions for American Idol doesn’t happen to just any person. I think he has a very supportive family that didn’t mind that he missed the birth of his daughter. His voice is very likable and I think that everyone can really connect with him, therefore I think he will make it very far in the American Idol competition.
I don’t think there is one standout favorite this year, but so far the frontrunners seem to be Andrew Garcia, Big Mike, Crystal Bowersox, Siobhan Magnus, Lee Dewyze and Casey James. Those 6 seem to show the most promise and potential. I love all of them and would be happy to see any of them win, but my pesonal faves are Siobhan and Lee.

Since all my favorites got voted off, the only one i like now is Siobhan.

American Idol dont have a very strong group of contestants this year but I like Siobhan Magnus,Paige Miles and Katie Stevens
